ICIS Gold Medal 2012
On the occasion of the recent ICIS annual teaching course, the Gold Medal 2012 was presented to ICIS Fellow Dr. Theresa McLoud, Professor of Radiology, Harvard Medical School, and Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston. The award recognised her exceptional contributions and pioneering work in thoracic oncology, and leadership in radiology.
The presentation was made by Professor Anwar Padhani, President of ICIS 2012, and Professor Stefan Diederich, who congratulated Dr. McLoud on her outstanding contribution to radiology worldwide and commitment to ICIS over many years.
