This Masterclass in Imaging of Gynaecological Cancers is a new one–day teaching course which will highlight current imaging techniques, image interpretation and pitfalls in imaging gynaecological malignancies. Workshop–style teaching with individual imaging workstations in small groups will afford participants the opportunity to learn through hands–on, case–based learning, in addition to didactic lectures.
The course is limited to 36 participants, split between two parallel work- shops running concurrently. Each 1.5 hour session will commence with a lecture followed by the opportunity to work through cases included in a workbook, with some cases being presented to the group and some for individual interpretation.
The faculty comprises four experts in gynaecological imaging who will each focus on a particular aspect to ensure a wide spectrum of imaging gynaecological cancers is covered, namely cervical malignancies, endometrial malignancies, adnexal masses including benign disease, and advanced ovarian cancer, highlighting the role of imaging in these cancers.
Places are limited to 36 participants and will be sold on a first come first served basis.
6 category 1 CPD credits have been awarded by the Royal College of Radiologists (UK); a certificate of attendance will be given to all participants.
